Our "day care in Helenen Quartier in Alsterdorf", a facility of the DRK Schwesternschaft Hamburg e.V., ensures the nursing and care-related supply of our guests. To support the nursing staff and the team, we are looking for health and nursing assistants, elderly care assistants, nursing assistants (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time.

Welcome to our team

Your tasks:

  • Ensuring needs-oriented social care
  • Implementation of daily structured activities for guests with and without dementia
  • Designing and participating in a varied care, leisure and activity program
  • Assistance with guest mobilization and basic care
  • Implementation of therapeutic cooking and rotating kitchen duties
  • Promoting individual skills and interests of our guests
  • Recognizing, promoting and maintaining the resources of our guests
  • Individual care and motivation for social interaction, mobilization and movement
  • Implementation of quality assurance principles and internal quality management according to §113 SGB XI
  • Economical management of operations

What we expect:

  • A completed qualification in one of the mentioned professional groups
  • Professional experience in day care or similar facilities
