We are currently seeking a COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (M/F/D) to join our real estate department as soon as possible.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Comprehensive management of a residential real estate portfolio as a representative of the owner
  • Independent property and tenant management, as well as holistic rental management
  • Correspondence with tenants, authorities, and service providers
  • Coordination of external service providers

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the field of residential real estate management
