Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Maintain and update financial records using accounting software
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  • Assist with tax preparation and filing
  • Perform account reconciliation and analysis
  • Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Sage)
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
