We are currently accepting positions for a Registered Line Technician.

The Registered Line Technician (RLT) will be responsible for the direct client care and implementation of the behavior interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other behavior related disorders.

Therapy session will take place in either the clinical, community, or home setting. The RLT will be responsible for direct observation and data collections on individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. The RLT will also assist the BCBA with parent training and clinical assessments as needed.


Responsibilities and duties:

• Provide 1:1 implementation of individualized ABA programs using various ABA instructional/educational methodologies
• Properly implement designated behavior skills acquisition and behavior protocols
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
• Participate in parent and caregiver training / individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols
• Communicate with parents and caregivers relating to client's daily progress per information given by the BCBA
• Maintain safe and appropriate handing procedures
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment
• Collaborate with treatment team
• Increase knowledge through training

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a state criminal background check
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a degree in a related field or working towards a degree in a related field
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Compensation:

• 1week paid vacation, 5 sick days, end of year bonus
• Paid training hours
• Paid cost of licensure
