    Description
    Our client, Wilkinson Apex Engineering Group LLC., is hiring a Civil Engineer/AutoCAD Technician in the Pottstown, PA market

    In this role, you will be responsible for:
    • Executing AutoCAD drafting, surveying, and construction stake-out tasks.
    • Applying site grading, erosion and sediment control, and storm water management concepts.
    • Collaborating on various projects with a focus on meeting permitting requirements.
    • Reviewing and understanding local ordinances related to civil engineering projects.


    Requirements

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
    • 1-3 years of hands-on AutoCAD drafting experience
    • Ambitious and driven, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong collaborative skills, able to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated interest in learning land development processes.
    • Experience working for DOT (Department of Transportation) or familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations and permitting relating to civil engineering.
    • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or the ability to obtain within a year.
    • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
