    Description

    Founded by a service academy graduate who has offshore experience, Core Group Resources' expertise is unmatched in the marine offshore market, finance, IT, renewables, & non-profit for executive search, staffing, and expertise identification.*Project Engineer*This position will coordinate between production, quality, purchasing, and design engineering with configuration management, design updates, and root cause investigations.

    Conduct daily stand-up meetings with engineers to facilitate Engineering

    Help remove barriers, escalate issues, and coordinate support

    • Provide weekly updates to project teams of resolved issues, outstanding issues, and associated risks
    • Track reasons for engineering changes, analyze data for trends, and provide corrective actions
    • Coordinate the release of Engineering Change Notifications per company policy
    • Write test plans, perform tests, document results, and train quality personnel to conduct test
    • Create Engineering Change Proposals to be submitted to customers for design improvements, value added changes, and obsolescence resolutions
    • Plan, monitor, and adjust schedule and resources for new design implementation to meet customer needs
    • Develop SolidWorks 3D models and associated 2D drawings for existing and new products
    • Coordinate the release of Engineering Change Notifications
    • Partner with quality to perform root cause investigations for product non
    • Bachelor of Applied Science
    • At least 4 years of project management and leading a team
    • At least 2 years SolidWorks CAD Software, and Auto CAD Software
    • Proficient in MS Office suite and MS Project
