Staff Accountant

OVERVIEW OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE:

The Staff Accountant will manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including verifying invoices, obtaining approvals, processing payments, and reconciling vendor statements.
The Staff Accountant will assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, such as invoicing customers, recording payments, and following up on past due accounts.
The Staff Accountant will handle order entries and ensure accurate recording of sales transactions in the accounting system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT:

Experience within accounting and finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software especially QuickBooks and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
