In light of the growth of the DOMICIL corporate group, we are currently seeking your support for the Southern region.

We offer a permanent position in a dynamic environment with varied and exciting tasks as a**
Regional Manager (South) Construction and Building Technology, full-time

Your responsibilities:

Ensuring operator responsibility and availability of facilities
Identifying measures to reduce costs and maintain the value of the facilities
Monitoring established processes for compliance and effectiveness
Implementing and monitoring compliance with accident prevention regulations
Conducting object inspections and tours as directed
Taking on additional tasks as directed and/or necessary

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed training in a trade and/or technical profession
At least 3 years of professional experience as a technical facility manager, team leader, foreman, or master
Knowledge of occupational health and safety and fire protection is an advantage
Proficient in PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Fluent in written and spoken German
Strong business mindset and numerical understanding
Driver's license class B or
Willingness to train at a regional
