Performance Test Lead (Onsite)

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide guidance and technical leadership on cloud performance testing
Define performance requirements and strategy for application migration to the cloud
Collaborate with teams to articulate non-functional requirements and formulate Performance Test plan
Establish baseline metrics for OnPrem and Cloud platforms
Hands-on experience with LoadRunner/Performance Center and APM tools like Dynatrace
Knowledge of microservices architecture and Cloud technologies
Experience in DevOps tools and client-side performance tuning
Coordinate with various technical teams and stakeholders

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Azure
Proficiency in LoadRunner/Performance Center and APM tools
Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization
Experience with DevOps/CICD tools and performance analysis

Work Authorization

US work authorization without sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) is required for this position
