Description:

The Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Transformation & Enablement team is seeking an ERP Test Lead for their business transformation efforts leveraging the SAP S/4HANA platform and partner products. This role is crucial for smoothly merging Aeronautics, Missiles & Fire Control, Space Systems, and Rotary & Missions Systems businesses onto the latest SAP ERP solutions.

Activities the Test Lead will handle include, but are not limited to:

Expert guidance in building test cases
Collaboration with ERP teams for test case management
Creation and adjustment of test packages and plans
Monitoring test execution and defect resolution
Guiding the development of test cases
Conducting status meetings
Providing technical solutions for complex problems

US citizenship is a requirement for this position.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing or IT
ERP go-live project or migration experience
Knowledge of test case development and execution
Hands-on SAP S/4 HANA testing
Problem-solving skills in IT system integration
Familiarity with agile development lifecycle
Experience with Agile and hybrid methodologies
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Keenness to learn
Adaptability to fast-paced environments
Effective time management and prioritization

Desired Skills:

Integration experience with enterprise MES and PLM systems
Familiarity with Jira & Agile Hive
Knowledge of Solution Manager/Focused Build
Proficiency with Confluence
Previous exposure to scaled agile environments
Prior use of Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Work experience with Production Operations and Sustainment

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position is competitive and varies by location.
