Description
We are currently seeking several employees (m/f/d) for direct employment in the area of online banking in Hayfork, CA.
Your responsibilities as a telephone operator (m/f/d):
You will handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing and process transactions such as transfers.
You will competently answer general security questions and clarify account issues.
You will assist with lost access data and send new transaction codes.
You will create new sub-accounts and assist with international transfers.
Your profile:
- You have completed training as an office clerk (m/f/d) or have comparable professional experience.
- Very good MS Office skills.
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form.
- Basic knowledge of English.
- Independent and conscientious work ethic.
- Previous experience in customer service would be advantageous.
