Job Description:

The Challenge:
The COO Business Management department is part of Operations Management - the central control unit in the COO area.

We are responsible for performance management and make a significant contribution to enabling fast and well-informed decisions for Sales & Service Operations.

Join our team and take on the following tasks:

You shape the control logic of the COO department and ensure consistent and coherent KPI management
You drive performance management, for example by further developing performance dialogues
You establish modern and innovative analysis and control tools, such as the process control center
You design businessrelevant updates and ensure regular reports at management level
You lead projects with high management attention and work on crossfunctional topics
You coordinate across departments with stakeholders and collaborate closely with CCO management, TMO, controlling, and our business units

A convincing background:

You have a master's degree with excellent academic performance
You have at least 5 years of professional experience and have led complex and crossfunctional projects
You have a good understanding of KPIs and reporting tools
You have strong communication skills and assertiveness it is easy for you to actively manage internal and external stakeholders at different hierarchy levels
You take responsibility and have a desire to drive new topics forward
You have excellent analytical skills, customercentric thinking, and a quick
