We are looking for YOU as the HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER (M/F/D) to join our team as soon as possible.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
- You will lead our customer service center team both disciplinarily and professionally
- You will be responsible for the further development of the functional area through conceptual project work and its operational implementation
- You ensure compliance with all requirements and guidelines
- Ongoing and structured modeling and further development of processes and procedures in the customer service center
- Development and implementation of quality standards for continuous optimization of customer satisfaction
