Our 280 employees are personally available to our members and customers around the Kiel Fjord.

We are looking for YOU as the HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER (M/F/D) to join our team as soon as possible.


WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

  • You will lead our customer service center team both disciplinarily and professionally
  • You will be responsible for the further development of the functional area through conceptual project work and its operational implementation
  • You ensure compliance with all requirements and guidelines
  • Ongoing and structured modeling and further development of processes and procedures in the customer service center
  • Development and implementation of quality standards for continuous optimization of customer satisfaction
