Description

Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for the oversight and production flow of multiple projects. Ability to quickly identify waste with keeping a lean mentality while also hitting production goals is required.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Supervising/leading of warehouse employees.
  • Maintain and surpass production goals.
  • Monitor beginning to end production of project.
  • Responsible for successful flow of production.
  • Communicating end of day production to Supervisor
  • Ability to fill in Supervisor role as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 6 months 1 year related experience and/or training in copack or warehouse environment in Lead role.
  • Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database is preferred.

Education and/or Experience Required:


  • GED or H.S. Diploma
  • College experience or degree is a plus.

Language Skills Sets:


  • English
  • Written / Oral is required.


  • Spanish

  • Written / Oral is a plus, but not required.
