Payroll Associate IV

Tempe, AZ

Starting Pay range:
$25 - $28hr

Training and Shift Hours: 6:00 am to 2:00pm MST

Mon-Fri

About the Payroll Associate position:

Requirements:

High School Diploma
Strong computer skills.
Experience working on ServiceNow software a plus
Knowledge of payroll
Able to multitask and prioritize work
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
Able to handle high pressure work
Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Printing all manual check request

- work with client in providing assistance with Dailly check printing request.
- work collaboratively with other teams for various clients
- receiving request through cases management data base and provide assistance with daily request
- handle request regarding interrogatories such as garnishment letters, court checks, working closely with operations team to obtain employee information.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $41,600 - $52,00.
