- Knowledge and understanding of NOVs quality policies and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace instructions.
- Manages and prioritizes workshop resources in accordance with current workload and upcoming job requirements.
- Ensure that rework, inspection, and repair work is carried out to have equipment readily available for stock and allocation to specific jobs.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating certification and asset folders for rental tools.
- Supervise the preparation of rental, sales and third party equipment prior to mobilization to and from location.
- Liaise with field personnel and third party suppliers to ensure that job requirements are communicated throughout the planning and preparation process.
- Provide guidance, assistance, training, and mentoring to workshop technicians as and when required.
- Must be able to use the correct information and/or systems and/or technology, and be able to consistently identify and recommend improvements as appropriate.
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level and within time constraints as required.
- Available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs.
