- Implement and manage warehouse HSE programs to maintain a safe work environment and proper incident reporting procedures.
- Supervise a team of warehouse employees, handling scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and enforce processes to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy, such as continuous improvement initiatives, inventory management, and order fulfillment for both domestic and international shipments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, customers, and stakeholders.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Position Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for MATERIAL CONTROL SUPERVISORS situated in Odessa, TX. Assistance with relocation is available for the right candidate.
The Materials Supervisor will be responsible for managing and controlling warehouse operations within their area of supervision. This role involves overseeing staff, day-to-day operations, training coordination, and ensuring the accuracy and optimization of shipping/receiving and cycle count processes.
Key Responsibilities
Education Requirements
Minimum of a two-year degree; a preferred qualification is a four-year undergraduate degree in supply chain, engineering/applied math, finance/accounting, or business.
Minimum Qualifications
Four years of relevant experience in a warehouse or operations setting along with a degree.
Strong problem-solving skills and computer proficiency are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Experience with ERP and warehouse systems is a must, familiarity with SAP is a plus.
