Residential Care Manager 39 h/week

We are currently seeking a Residential Care Manager for our facility, Caritas-Senioren und Pflegeheim Stift St. Josef, starting July 1, 2024.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will oversee the proper care and treatment of our residents according to our care philosophy
  • You will plan and coordinate staff schedules
  • You will work closely with doctors, family members, and volunteers

Your qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a nursing education and have additional training as a Residential Care Manager
  • You have several years of experience in a nursing facility, ideally with experience in managing residential groups or areas
  • You have a motivating, cooperative, and goal-oriented leadership style
  • You have experience in implementing modern care concepts
