Job Summary:


Duties:

- shipping & receiving

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Manage inventory control processes to meet customer demands
  • Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting
  • Implement training development programs for continuous improvement

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in customer service management or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in inventory control and store management
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Experience in training development and team management
  • Familiarity with interviewing and hiring processes
  • Knowledge of POS systems and customer service best practices
