Job Summary:
Duties:
- shipping & receiving
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Manage inventory control processes to meet customer demands
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting
- Implement training development programs for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory control and store management
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Experience in training development and team management
- Familiarity with interviewing and hiring processes
- Knowledge of POS systems and customer service best practices
