Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a senior level IT Program Manager. This role requires expertise in systems integration, particularly with Salesforce, and the ability to integrate multiple workstreams into the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and vendors, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.
Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Lead the integration of multiple workstreams into the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions for systems integration projects.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
PMP and SAFe certified is required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
Strong experience in systems integration, particularly with Salesforce.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Assertive and proactive approach to project management, with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies is preferred.
Knowledge of oil and gas industry processes, technologies, and regulations is a plus.
