Vendor Flex is an innovative program at Amazon that streamlines the supply chain process with our major vendors, while also reducing costs and our carbon footprint.

We implement Amazon Fulfillment technology and processes directly at our vendors' warehouses to fulfill customer orders, which are then shipped through our transportation network with next-day delivery capability.

By eliminating the need for deliveries to Amazon Fulfillment Centers and storage, the Vendor Flex program greatly increases the efficiency of our vendors.


Each Vendor Flex site operates independently, similar to a small warehouse, and oversees all aspects of the distribution center, from receiving stock to shipping orders and managing inventory.

We are currently looking for a Cluster Manager for our Central/Southern Cluster in Germany to lead Vendor Flex operations and manage a team of Vendor Flex Process Assistants at our vendors' sites across the cluster.
