Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program, creating tools and strategies to identify, manage, and mitigate legal risks.
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to legal parameters and internal policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance issues are effectively addressed in operational procedures and practices.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliancerelated matters, promoting a culture of compliance and integrity across the organization.
- Liaise with external legal advisors and handle any legal queries or issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on relevant healthcare laws and regulations that impact the organization.
- Manage and resolve compliancerelated concerns, and coordinate with management on corrective actions and preventive measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and statespecific legal requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate legal concepts to nonlegal staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with compliance management software.
- Salary range of 7080k and benefits package.

Pay:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
