Provides food and beverage service assistance to the wait staff in Twenty dining room according to established rules of etiquette and service guidelines.


  • Establishes a warm welcome and professional atmosphere for guests by giving ultimate service and cooperation.
  • Has a working verbal and visual knowledge of the menu and beverage service with the ability to answer questions about the same.
  • Executes each shift's specific assignments and duties, including opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Maintains cleanliness of all work areas.
  • Ensures compliance with various state health code statutes.
  • As business volume demands responsible to assist wait staff by refilling beverages such as water, coffee, ice tea, etc., clearing dinnerware between and after each course, delivering food from the kitchen to the guests, including inroom dining also called room service, and cleaning and resetting tables as quickly as possible.
  • Willingly asks for help when very busy.
  • Assists the Host with seating guests and answering the telephone.
  • Assists in other areas of the hotel as business demands require, normally Banquets and duties of a Bellman.
  • Crosstrains as Event Setup Staff.
  • Available to work flexible hours, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Abides by and enforces all policies and procedures as set forth by Charley Creek Inn.
Must have a professional appearance and positive work ethic. As guest contact is critical for this position, needs to be well-spoken and outgoing. Good verbal skills. Experience in the food service industry is beneficial.
