Full Job Description
Reichel Realty and Investments, Inc is a 35+ yr old Commercial Real Estate Company looking to fill a full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at its Palm Beach Gardens location.
- Answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Manage the Front Desk, walkins, package services, bank pickups
- Assist with updating property packages
- Creating Contracts, Leases, Redlining documents, etc.
- Order signage for properties when requested
- Knowledge of office equipment, like printers, copiers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Social Media Marketing
- Facebook, Instagram, Linked In
- Must be a "Team Player", trainable and eager to learn
- Bilingual a plus
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Pay:
Negotiable - depending on experience - starting at $45,000
