Full Job Description


Reichel Realty and Investments, Inc is a 35+ yr old Commercial Real Estate Company looking to fill a full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at its Palm Beach Gardens location.

We are looking for a responsible high energy person with previous knowledge & experience to perform a variety of tasks to include the following:


  • Answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Manage the Front Desk, walkins, package services, bank pickups
  • Assist with updating property packages
  • Creating Contracts, Leases, Redlining documents, etc.
  • Order signage for properties when requested
  • Knowledge of office equipment, like printers, copiers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Must be a "Team Player", trainable and eager to learn
  • Bilingual a plus

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Pay:
Negotiable - depending on experience - starting at $45,000
