We are looking for an
engaging,
friendly and reliable Guest Service Agent to join our team to provide our vacation owners and guests outstanding service.


As a
Guest Service Agent, the primary function is to welcome guest with a smile and provide prompt, courteous, and professional service throughout their stay.


Essential Functions:


  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and difficult situations while always maintaining a pleasant attitude
  • Checkin/checkout services
  • Support guest needs and work through guest issues professionally and promptly to meet Gold Crown Resort standards of service excellence.
  • Be familiar with local events, activities and attractions depending on the season
  • Keep front desk and all areas of front desk reasonably clean, organized and well stocked
  • Keep the property safe and secure for guests and employees
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Comply with privacy standards
  • Respond to emergencies promptly
  • Make reservations as necessary when Central Reservations is not available
