AriensCo Hospitality is on the lookout for Event Servers who are passionate about providing outstanding service.In this role, you'll play a key part in creating memorable experiences for our guests at various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and special occasions.

Every event is a new adventure$16.00 per hour
THE DAY TO DAY...
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event tables, chairs, linens, and decorations
- Arrange table settings, ensuring they are carefully aligned and aesthetically pleasing
- Ensure proper placement of tableware, glassware, and utensils
- Verify that the venues are clean, organized, and appropriately stocked before the event
- Greet guests warmly and in a calm manner
- Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the event, catering to guests' needs and preferences
- Execute and deliver drink and food orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions and allergies are properly communicated to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly, following proper service etiquette and presentation standards
- Answer any guest queries, anticipate their needs, and proactively address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages
- Communicate effectively with other event servers, bartenders, and support staff to maintain a smooth flow of service
- Assist colleagues as needed, such as carrying trays, removing used dishes, or refilling drinks for other servers' tables
- Coordinate with event planners, hosts, or organizers to ensure all event details and special requests are fulfilled
- Continuously monitor the venues for any spills, tripping hazards, or other safety concerns, promptly addressing and reporting them
- Clear tables efficiently, ensuring mínimal disruptions and maintaining a neat and tidy appearance in the dining area
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures to prevent crosscontamination
THE QUALIFICATIONS...
- Must be 16 years or older
- Proven experience as an Event Server or in a similar customer serviceoriented role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant or highend hospitality environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide outstanding customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced, highpressure environment
- Understanding of food and beverage service etiquette, including familiarity with various types of cuisine and wine selections
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as events are often scheduled during these times
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy trays or equipment for extended periods
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for delivering remarkable guest experiences
