Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our residential properties. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment residents.
Duties:
- Perform residential cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in compliance with NYC DSNY standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them to the appropriate personnel
- Follow established safety protocols to ensure a hazardfree work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete special cleaning projects as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in Residential building cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Skills:
- Maintaining cleanliness standards

- Custodial tasks
- Cleaning techniques (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
