For our renowned client in
Oldenburg, we are looking for a
Call Center Agent (m/f/d) 15€/hour to start as soon as possible.

What tasks can you expect?

Receiving customer inquiries over the phone
Entering customer and master data into the system
Responding to service requests
Handling and forwarding tariff and product inquiries in a serviceoriented manner

What do we expect from you?

Experience in telephone customer service is desirable
Ideally, experience in a call center
Career changers are encouraged to apply
Friendly and communicative nature
Clear and articulate communication skills
Excellent German language skills
