Description

The Cell Leader will be responsible for overseeing a designated production cell within our manufacturing facility. This role involves leading a team of operators, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities

Run daily production meetings for area
Run weekend overtime
Identify understaffed or overstaffed conditions
Assign associates and equipment to meet daily production goals
Order supplies for the cell
Audit Team Improvement Board (TIB)
Understand and speak to Day by Hour (DBH) and TIB
Complete training and annual reviews
Provide feedback to leadership team
