- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and therapy techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Attend meetings and participate in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process as required.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid Illinois SLP licensure and PEL required
- Open to ASHA certificated therapists(CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship applicants (CFY)
- Previous experience working in a school-basedor pediatric setting is desired but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
