What you will be doing

  • You will support chemical industry companies in the assessment of process plants, taking into account legal and customer-specific requirements, with a focus on holistic safety assessment to increase availability.
  • You will carry out initial and recurring inspections of tank systems according to AwSV as well as pressure and steam systems according to BetrSichV for customers in the chemical industry.
  • You will prepare inspection reports as part of the permit procedure according to § 18 BetrSichV, participate in the development of repair concepts for customer plants, and monitor repair executions.
  • You will work closely with other colleagues in the department, regularly participate in internal knowledge exchange meetings, and attend external professional events to expand and share your knowledge.

What you bring

  • Completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or chemical engineering and relevant professional experience as an expert
  • Knowledge of technical regulations such as BetrSichV, AwSV, and the Pressure Equipment Directive
  • Independent
