Duties:
- Implement individualized goals for clients based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Conduct direct oneonone therapy sessions with clients aged 21
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure client progress
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred, but not required)
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification within 120 days of hire
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes or clinic settings as required
