Serves as the
ADP Security Manager for multiple SAP programs, to also include the Palmdale Program Document Control and the Helendale Site Security teams.


Provide management oversight to a team of 10+ program security professionals while also developing solid program execution schedules with the Cyber Security team members deployed to the programs.


Provide exceptional ingenuity, creativity, and concepts for multiple Skunk Works special programs, to include the Sensitive Compartmented Information and Physical Security programs in Palmdale to ensure compliance with government & company security requirements.


Will be responsible for overall execution and management of all contractual program security requirements, to include: security employee actions and oversight, Personnel Security (PERSEC), Security Education, physical, technical, and classification management, utilizing the requirements set forth in the DoD SAP manuals.

Develop BOE's for all customer proposals and BAAs.

Increased complexity with new programs requires significant negotiations with various customers and the local AFOSI/PJ office.


Maintain strong working relationships with DSS and AFOSI/PJ to achieve required approvals for new construction security plans and program execution.


Prepare requests for Waivers and Exceptions and all requests that will have a significant impact to cost, schedule, or mission operations.


Manage programs with increased complexity on new programs that often requires significant negotiations with our various customers and local AFOSI/PJ office.


Basic Qualifications:

Supervisory experience.

Previous SAP security management experience.

MS Office products.


Desired Skills:

Great interpersonal, organizational, and written and oral communications skills.

Ability to present to large audiences.

Ability to multi-task.

Industry manager experience.

Knowledge of Lockheed Martin and Lockheed Martin security procedures.

Working knowledge of SAP, SCI and Physical Security policies related to SAP and SCI programs.

Experience interpreting and implementing government security directives including Intelligence Community Directive (ICD-705).


Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.


Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.


Schedule for this Position:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Non-represented full-time employees:

accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
