Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Swimming Pool Service Manager for the service operations of our pool company.

The Swimming Pool Service Manager will be responsible for working as a member of our team, maintaining our pool customers, heavy phones and other office operations.

This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.


Responsibilities:

• Work with the existing office personel.
• Provide leadership to service technicians.
• Help develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Maintain customer information in database.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the field and office area.
• Heavy customer contact on phone.
• Create and manage the customers schedules, including service, repairs, etc.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in team management or supervisory role. Swimming Pool Service expierence helpful
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in office management tasks such as budgeting, calendar management, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette
• Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures and water chemistry
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Bilingual preferred but not necessay
• Experience in the latest pool equipment installation and repair
• Experience in training new pool technicians

• Pool Serive Technician and Repair: 5 years
• Administrative experience: 5 years
