    Job description:

    We're seeking an Office Administrator with Quickbooks experience to keep our workplace running efficiently and to support the team with a wide range of administrative tasks. This role involves coordinating daily office activities, assisting with basic financial and HR processes, and helping maintain an organized, professional environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Office Coordination

    • Monitor office supply levels and arrange replenishment when needed.
    • Oversee general upkeep of the office and schedule service for equipment or facility issues.
    • Welcome guests, manage vendor interactions, and serve as the main on-site contact.
    • Support compliance with internal procedures and workplace safety guidelines.

    Administrative Support

    • Coordinate schedules, set up meetings, and maintain calendars for staff.
    • Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone inquiries.
    • Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    Skills

    • Experience utilizing Quickbooks
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
    • Comfortable using standard office software, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • High attention to detail and strong customer-service orientation.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma required; additional education in business or a related field is a plus.
    • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
