- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) and a minimum of 5+ years of direct engineering experience
- 5- 7 years of experience with RF Design- Macro, Small cell, DAS
- Experience with Atoll, iBwave, Fuze, Roofmaster, SQL, Visio, Ericsson performance tools, Visual Basic (macro creation)
- Willing to be onsite
