- Create site design RFDS and complete plumbing diagrams.
- Perform radio engineering evaluations for system planning and site acquisition.
- Evaluate coverage problems and requirements for coverage and capacity cells.
- Utilize propagation tools and other RF related equipment such as MapInfo Google Earth ATOLL iBwave for site candidate comparison propagation and coverage review and selection zoning and regulatory.
- Determination of regulatory coverage boundaries for extensions FAA/FCC filings.
- Review of cell sites and design for upgrades/modifications.
- Design in-building systems in iBwave
- Creates search areas and reviews search area candidates within geographic area by taking into consideration performance issues capacity topography and population.
- Working with the performance team to improve Key Performance Indicators within the area of interest.
- Prepare necessary zoning justification packages and regulatory filings for sites.
- Works closely with real estate team to increase efficiency minimize cost and streamline processes related to site acquisition leasing and zoning submissions.
- Conduct RFE analysis generate required reports and documents and ensure 100 compliance to RFE mitigation standards within the allotted time frame.
- Determine the required antennas for planned frequencies and their optimal positions.
- Determine the required cable antennas and equipment to implement macro and small cell wireless network clusters.
- 5-10 years of experience
- Advance Experience demonstrated ability to use Atoll iBwave Microsoft Office Suite
- 4G network design and implementation of tasks and knowledge related to: antennas good understanding of band performance capabilities and limitations.
