Job DescriptionLSS Canyon Hills Center seeks a Clinical Case Manager with a passion for providing therapy and supporting youth in our psychiatric residential treatment facility. You will be part of an amazing multidisciplinary team working together to support youth as they overcome past trauma, repair relationships, learn new skills, and build the confidence to return to the communities in which they live. If you want to be part of a team doing this work, we invite you to apply.
HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. With a rotation of on-call responsibilities.
BENEFITS:
SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Clinical Case Manger will develop and implement individual plans of care, provide individual, group, and family therapy as well as case consultation and support to direct care staff, the multidisciplinary team, and families.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree, plus one year experience working in human service environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver's license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
