Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems within our community. This is a full-time position.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the condominium complex, including common areas, units, and facilities.
• Perform repairs and troubleshoot any electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems issues.
• Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance of all common

areas.

• Respond promptly to residents' maintenance requests and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property by performing cleaning duties and overseeing janitorial services.
• Regularly inspect and maintain landscaping, watering, and pruning.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to schedule and supervise repairs and renovations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in English (verbal and written communication skills)
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Experience working with logic controllers is preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
• Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus
• Welding skills are desirable but not required
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance is advantageous
• Demonstrated leadership skills or supervisory experience is a bonus
