Job Duties

• Hire caregivers from online job ads
• Post job ads as needed in markets required
• Recruit caregivers to onboard and complete onboarding process
• Schedule new caregivers into assignments
• Set up meet and greets when required if client wants to choose options from a variety of caregivers
• Run background checks (provided to you via links and training) on caregivers prior to them starting care
• Make sure the caregiver is a great fit for the client assignment
• Answer phones
• Work on spreadsheets

Pay:
From $12.00 per hour

Experience:

• Using a phone and calling people: 1 year (required)
