We prioritize safety and reliability in all our services, including full-service transportation, special-needs transportation, route optimization, scheduling, maintenance, and charter services.

    What does the role entail?

    As a Transportation Manager at First Student, you will lead a team to ensure the highest standards of safety and customer service. You will handle various aspects such as passenger management, route scheduling, billing, charter activities, driver issues, fleet maintenance, and logistics. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, performance, and development of employees to support company goals.

    • Analyze and make decisions based on financial data.
    • Maintain a client-centric approach.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of three years of people management experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics.
    • Experience in managing operational expenses.
    • Strong background in financial and strategic analysis.
