Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and navigating our website or online platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary.
  • Upsell or crosssell products and services to customers as appropriate, maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolution of complex issues.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and uptodate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
