    Job Description:
    The Role

    The Senior Consultant will lead all aspects of the delivery of equity compensation solutions to Fidelity corporate clients.

    They will meet with client contacts in their Rewards, Benefits, and Finance departments to understand their goals and needs for their equity programs, and then architect solutions, define projects and scopes, and lead teams of cross-disciplined consultants to deliver these services.

    You'll provide vital support and analytical expertise on equity plans to support our client's overall rewards strategy and their ability to attract, retain and empower a successful workforce.


    The person in this role will partner with colleagues across Fidelity and the broader marketplace to understand client needs to innovate new products and solutions, then develop sales collateral and presentations to introduce these solutions to the marketplace.

    You will also manage a team of associates and consultants in our rapidly growing practice, and be responsible for the growth and development of these individuals, lead their workflow and capacity, and guide them as they deliver client solutions.

    Individual should be customer focused, self motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fluid environment.

    This position will be based in the United States and can be located in any Fidelity Workplace Consulting office. Periodic travel to internal and client meetings will be required.

    The Skills You Bring
    A degree or related experience in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, or a related field, as well as 10+ years of consulting or corporate experience with equity or rewards programs
    Experience developing strategies for organizational equity program in collaboration with business leaders, and running these programs in US and international markets
    A passion for the employee experience, and experience developing communications to drive employee education and appreciation for equity programs
    Understanding and awareness of the valuation requirements for equity programs
    Experience guiding equity programs through key corporate events, including IPOs, mergers, and divestitures
    Awareness of marketplace trends, and the tax, regulations, and compliance requirements impacting equity programs
    Experience developing and encouraging client relationships, with a goal to retain existing clients as well as develop new client relationships
    Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and empowering a team
    Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, present confidently, and establish relationships with internal and external partners
    Strategic minded but also detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Comfortable collaborating with broad teams
    Able to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment

    How Your Work Impacts the Organization


    The Senior Consultant will immediately deliver value to our existing client relationships and opportunities with their expertise and experience in the equity space.

    Additionally, you will have the opportunity to guide and influence the direction of this rapidly growing market segment in the Fidelity Workplace Consulting group.

    The base salary range for this position is $103,000-$218,000 per year.

    Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

    Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
