Responsibilities:

Translation and correspondence in various languages to ensure effective communication with international clients and business partners
Interpretation at meetings, conferences, and negotiations in multiple languages
Creation and translation of business documents, such as contracts, proposals, and presentations
Maintenance and updating of customer databases and other administrative tasks
Support in preparing for international business trips and events
Participation in international trade fairs and conferences for customer acquisition and maintaining business relationships

Requirements:

Completed training as a foreign language correspondent, translator (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
Fluent language skills in German and at least one foreign language (English is required, additional languages are advantageous)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the mentioned languages
Indepth knowledge of translating and interpreting business content
Experience using translation and communication tools
Intercultural competence and the ability to quickly adapt to different business cultures
