About this Role:


The role of a Recovery Analyst is to recover funds on behalf of Medi-Cal (California's Medicaid program) for members who were involved in personal injury actions, such as auto accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability.

Under the supervision of a Staff Services Manager I, the Recovery Analyst is responsible for maintaining an on-going caseload and recovering funds owed to Medi-Cal.

The Third Party Liability and Recovery Division's Personal Injury Branch is looking for
one or more motivated Recovery Analysts to join our Personal Injury team

Desirable Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

  • Knowledge of the Medi-Cal Program, insurance claims, and/or medical billing or records.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, particularly with large sets of data.
