Under the supervision and direction of the Community Manager, this position must provide; a clean, sanitary comfortable, orderly and satisfying surrounding for the residents, employees, and visitors.
The housekeeper must follow the instructions as given for handling, cleaning, disposing, and moving of objects/materials.Cleaning of halls, common areas, and vacant units, to include but not limited to, floors, walls, doors, bathrooms, grounds, stairwells, windows and appliances as instructedDevelops property cleaning schedule with supervisor for adequate coverage of buildings and groundMaintains appropriate levels of cleaning supply inventoryMaintains cleaning equipment in working orderPost notices as neededWork with maintenance and community manager for scheduling of vacant unit cleaningDecorate for the holidays including the hanging of decorationsAssist in community meetings, holiday functions, and special resident requests as neededPick up trashInspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanlinessAssist maintenance team with make-ready'sWhere is the job located? 3 properties in Wichita, KSWhy join the Monroe Team?
