We are currently looking for a Deputy Housekeeping Manager (m/f) to join our team at Blacklick Estates.

This position is available immediately or by arrangement and can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the smooth operation of the housekeeping department
  • Acting as a substitute for the Housekeeping Manager when absent
  • Inspecting cleaned rooms and managing lost and found items
  • Training new employees, apprentices, and temporary staff
  • Ensuring correct work execution by internal and external cleaning staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the hotel industry or cleaning sector
  • Young and motivated individuals with or without previous leadership experience are also welcome to apply
  • Good knowledge of German and other languages is an advantage
  • Responsible and organized work ethic
  • High level of customer service and social skills
  • Motivation and initiative
  • Role model behavior and good manners
  • Team player
