Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant / Contract Coordinator with our company, you will be expected to answer phones, write and send employment agreements, and:

  • File signed employment agreements.
  • Update DocuSign templates as needed, and with yearly tax form changes.
  • Send reports and perform other tasks, as needed.

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant, be able to professionally answer and direct phone calls and be:

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe.
  • Able to assume responsibility and work independently.
