Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful landscapes.


Responsibilities:

• Perform general groundskeeping duties, including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
• Plant and maintain flowers, trees, and shrubs
• Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration
• Remove weeds and unwanted plants from gardens and walkways
• Clean and maintain outdoor furniture and fixtures
• Performs other related and unrelated tasks as assigned by management.
• Utilize hand tools for precision work in small areas
• Responsible for keeping the hotel grounds clean and in an orderly condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and storage areas

Skills:

• Proven experience in groundskeeping or a related field
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices
• Familiarity with power tools used in groundskeeping
• Proficiency in using hand tools for precision work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
