    As part of our team, you will:

    • Ensure timely updates of policies and procedures to comply with relevant laws and regulations
    • Collaborate with various departments to maintain privacy and confidentiality standards
    • Oversee patient rights related to protected health information
    • Conduct privacy risk assessments and education to minimize risks
    • Supervise and mentor direct reports for compliance
    • Work with government agencies and accrediting bodies on privacy-related issues

    Required Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree required; graduate or law degree preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in healthcare laws and regulations
    • Experience in project management and root cause analysis
    • Excellent communication skills

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to operate office equipment and move around hospital campuses
    • Good vision and communication skills
    • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds

    Pay Range:

    • Minimum hourly rate: $36.80
    • Maximum hourly rate: $56.13
